Gareth Dunlop

I’m a speaker, trainer and consultant specialising in innovation, AI, digital transformation, user experience and product design.

I’ve worked in digital design and communication since the mid-1990s. Since then, I’ve led, grown and sold two design agencies, invested in digital products and helped guide businesses at board level. Some ventures ended in acquisition. Others ended in tears. Both taught me a great deal about how organisations make decisions.

Those experiences led me to develop DecisionIQ®, a framework built on the simple idea that organisations achieve better results by making smarter decisions, and make smarter decisions through better process and stronger culture.

DecisionIQ® now underpins my speaking, training and consulting, helping organisations innovate deliberately, apply AI with purpose, create better products and services and navigate digital transformation with confidence.
